Terms, Refunds and Privacy

What you're paying for

Membership in the Order of the Bildung, run by Harvey Vogelmann. Each month I build one substantial project and share it with members: the repository, build logs, engineering conversations, custom skills, agent harnesses and workflows. Membership also includes access to my private quantitative platform while your membership is active. The Order is capped at 33 members.

Plans and billing

• Monthly, renewing: $222, charged every month until you cancel.
• One month, pay once: $222, charged once. It doesn't renew.
• Annual, renewing: $2,222, charged every year until you cancel.
• One year, pay once: $2,222, charged once. It doesn't renew.

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.

Cancelling

You can cancel a renewing plan at any time by messaging me. It stops before the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Pay-once plans simply end.

Refunds

Ask for a refund within 3 days of any payment and you'll get it back in full. After 3 days, that payment isn't refundable.

No financial advice, no promises

The Order is about learning to build software with AI. Nothing here is financial, investment or trading advice, and there are no promises of profits or research outcomes. Any trading you do is your own decision, at your own risk.

Privacy

To run your membership I keep your name, your email address and the payment details Stripe sends me. I use them only to give you access, to contact you about the Order, and for billing. I don't sell them or share them, except with the services that run the membership, such as Stripe for payments. Ask and I'll delete your details, apart from what I have to keep for tax and accounting records.
